PURPOSE OF JOB Provide support of all mobile devices for current stakeholders and deploying new devices to 900 additional stakeholders. The support model will include upgrades, activations, break/fix, terminations and maintaining proper inventory records. B. JOB DUTIES This document is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Management reserves the right to add to or change the job as required. • Responsible for ordering iPhone devices using documented processes and procedures • Deploy new iPhone devices to targeted stakeholders within the established SLA. • Provide training for new stakeholders or new technology and lead monthly web sessions for iPhone. • Complete requests for new devices and incident tickets within established SLA's. • Support voice and data accounts through Verizon and AT&T Enterprise portals. • Actively track the ordering of devices and updating all required inventory records. • Enroll mobile devices into Airwatch system/DEP and Mobileguard for text capturing. • Support BYOD on personal devices for other Distribution stakeholders.. • Escalate tickets to other groups/teams when needed. • Maintain Job Aids and QRGs for all device types and post on Microsite • Participate in monthly billing review and data gathering for accurate reporting. C. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree preferred with Associates degree required in IT or related field, or at least 10 years of related experience. • 3-5 years of IT experienced preferred. D. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Strong technical skills on iPhone and iPads. • Windows 7, 8.1, 10. • Office 365 • Setup of Airwatch, Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and Mobileguard enrollment. • Expertise in the Verizon Enterprise Console and AT&T • Full knowledge of iTunes setup and support • Communication, customer service, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. • Knowledge of the appropriate operating environment, applications, and business software products.
