Customer Services Receptionist Apprentice - £8,810.43- Bury St Edmunds - West Suffolk College This is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Central Services team as a Customer Services Receptionist Apprentice where you will receive on the job training and will be a foundation to many career opportunities. Responsibilities Ensure that visitors receive a professional and efficient welcome on behalf of the College. Liaise with staff regarding appointments, interviews and bookings. Logging relevant information onto the in house system. Deal with initial enquiries regarding courses. Provide information on College facilities, (Courses, Events etc.) taking enquiries and disseminating information to the relevant staff. Operate the College telephone, fax and radio paging system Process incoming and outgoing payments and fees made by cash, cheques and credit card, taking enrolments, checking paperwork and using a computerised till. Cash up and balance the till at the end of the working day. Participate in events across the College, e.g. Open Events, Student Interviews, Enrolment, etc. General office duties, working on Microsoft Word and Excel.
