Responsibilities: LinkedIn + Lynda is a powerful combination, and at the highest level this role will play a key role in helping us spread the word to our consumer audiences. Specifically, you will: * Own consumer acquisition marketing campaigns at every stage of the funnel, driving awareness, engagement, conversion and winback. * Collaborate with Product Marketing to test and optimize acquisition flows and "direct response" campaigns for new pricing and packaging models. * Gain a deep understanding of our product, target audiences and their "buyer's journey. * Develop creative concepts into deployable assets, including email acquisition/nurture, digital strategies and web experiences to drive both initial and repeat purchases. * Manage a paid media budget in collaboration with our in-house digital Marketing team. * Be a key member of the Learning core team including product, product marketing, finance, analytics, operations, etc. * Own acquisition and winback goals to increase Marketing sourced revenue, track performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth. Basic Qualifications: * BA/BS degree in marketing or related field * 7+ years of marketing experience * 5+ years of Acquisition, Demand Gen and/or Campaign marketing experience Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial modern marketer with exceptional demand gen, communication, and leadership skills to join our growing team. * Passionate about developing full funnel marketing campaigns that are executed cross-channel, with a focus on digital and content marketing. * Inspired to take "intelligent risks" to ensure we're pushing the limits of what we can accomplish. * Act like an owner; have a general "get stuff done" mentality. * Detail-oriented and comfortable taking an analytical/quantitative approach to decision-making. * Can influence partners in a fast-moving, cross-functional organization (aka "a people person"). * Quick learner who has ability to solve complex problems independently. * Experience in ecommerce * Have a good sense of humor?work needs to be fun.
