Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies. Job Description: The Talent Fulfillment Team fills roles assigned to their Resource Pool by identifying and proposing the right people for each project. They seek to understand the career development goals and preferences of their people when matching them with positions, while also monitoring availability and productivity. The Talent Fulfillment Team fills most roles with a minimum of guidance and by creating innovative solutions for challenging staffing situations. The team is proactive with balancing supply with demand. They collaborate with the Client Supply/Demand Practitioner to help client teams fill their open requests. They also design, build and communicate HR programs, processes, practices, roles and technology requirements that improve the supply/demand management processes. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for filling roles assigned to resource pools and for ensuring successful staffing Make scheduling decisions that always reflect our Core Values Represent and/or support individual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills and matching them to roles accordingly Work with career counselors on coaching employees with scheduling assignments For unique roles, consider all sourcing channels (ie: other resource pools, contractors, new joiners, etc.) (Note: Recruiting responsible for hiring new resources). Drive and participate in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation Proactively communicate availability of people/skills and schedule available resource Ensure accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems Support Client Supply/Demand Specialist in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resource requests. As needed, work directly with client team executives Manage roll-off (end) dates, confirm extension in current roles and manage individual chargeability of people in resource pool Manage and track people productivity metrics such as chargeability, bench, average time to fill demands for resource pool Meet challenging/key timelines Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of HR experience Preferred Qualifications: Prefer 3 - 6 years of HR experience Prefer recruitment or staffing experience Supply-Demand experience Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with project teams collaboratively to address issues Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Experience of delivering HR services to internal/ external clients Experience with understanding of financial implications of workforce, level, contractor usage, etc. as they are filling demand Experience working with executive leadership Experience working in a virtual environment Professional Skills: Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.
