· Review and process application paperwork for prospective insurance agents. · Determine an agent's eligibility to solicit insurance on behalf of the client. · Follow state specific licensing and appointment guidelines. · Enter and maintain accurate and complete agent records in multiple systems. · Research licensing/appointment inquiries and respond accurately. · Work independently and as a team to meet expected service levels. · Communicate with agents via email. · Work on various projects as assigned. · Collaborate with other teams and departments and ensures client needs are met. • Minimum of 1-year work experience in an office environment. • Associate degree preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent communication, time management, research, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team.
