This position ensures that vial and non-combination products are developed and manufactured in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements. Business Unit: Job Summary: Responsible for managing the service delivery team to ensure orders are entered and processed accurately and service level agreements are met or exceeded. Develops procedures, resolves operational issues and ensures personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Provides feedback to sales teams in order to facilitate continuous improvement. Manages a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. How will you make an impact? The Marketing Communications Manager is a conjunct position balancing externaland internal communications and marketing for the Cell Biology Business unit. This position will have a key role in identifying, developing and communicating story ideas with an external audience focus that effectively represents the mission of the Cell Biology business. This role will require proven experience in developing content & executing marketing initiatives across varying geographies including marketing planning, content creation, and tactical execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with shifting priorities, collaborating with varying levels of stakeholders in a matrixed environment and have experience adapting communication to multiple formats (intranet sites, social media channels, video, newsletters, power point , executive and internal communications, etc.). What will you do? Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and initiatives Manage internal communications channels & platforms (intranet sites, enterprise social media channels, video streaming, etc.) Support regional market development managers to build and execute marketing programs within their regions Regular and ad-hoc oral and written communication of metrics, successes, failures, best practices etc. to improve the overall operating efficiency of the team Develop slides and talking points for town halls, sales meetings and other significant internal or external events and activities May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned to support the Global Head of marketing and GM of Cell Bio Business unit. How will you get here? ​​​Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline 5 + years of experience in marketing campaign, program, and tactic development Strong marketing acumen and experience in developing marketing strategy including customer segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, sales funnels, and staging and pacing of tactical programs Development and management of metrics dashboards and reports Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives including lead nurturing, marketing automation, trigger-based emails, SEO/SEM, display online advertising, social media, and web/microsites Experience in life sciences or high tech industries preferred Knowledge of the following key competencies: 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, public relations and media outreach, segmentation, value proposition and marketing program development, and execution Travel is required (10-15%) and may be international.
