Conducts routine market analysis, performs job evaluation, develops job specifications, conducts annual salary planning process and administers salary programs including salary recommendations, incentive pay and performance management. Serves as primary resource person for policy and procedure advice and guidance to department and Hospital staff regarding Compensation. Under general guidance, advises departments regarding position classifications and salary administration. Designs and generates data reports and performs audits on data entry output to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the HR database. 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Work Location: Eastern High Campus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field. May substitute experience beyond the work experience requirement on a 2:1 basis. Three years HR experience with at least one year of compensation and/or analysis experience in a related capacity. Additional HR or financial analysis experience in healthcare with specific compensation exposure will be considered.
